STAFF PICK's:
Mark is starting the night off with the Melting Burrata. Under the melted cheese you can expect freshest tomatoes with their pistachio pesto on their amazing rustic bread. I can never not get the Filet Mignon and I'm pairing that with any red wine their sommelier recommends. To end the night, literally ANY dessert on their menu and an old fashioned.
Alan is starting the night off with the Oysters Rockefeller. They do such an amazing job complementing the oysters with their creamed spinach, brown butter bearnaise, and bacon. Moving on to something a little more light with the Caprese Salad. You'll find an incredible combination of Heirloom Tomato, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Mountain Oregano, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sea Salt, and Balsamico Di Modena. The Bone-In Filet is what dreams are made of! I'm usually a beer guy, but their sommelier does such an incredible job with the wines that I can't say no to a bottle!
