Vendor Event Time: 5:00pm - 8:30pm - Vendors will be allowed to stay later but should have
some type of lighting.

Each art vendor will be assigned booth space. Dimensions — 10 x 10
Larger booth spacing will require an additional cost.
Each art vendor is responsible for their own tent and table.

Artists will be contacted the Tuesday before Fourth Friday via email with the vendor booth space number and set-up time. Set-up time will take place on the day of the event.

If an art vendor needs a special time or schedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can be sure to do what we can to accommodate.

Please make your set-up process as efficient as possible; if you visit the set-up site prior to the event date, you can get a broader understanding of the space. This way, you can plan which pieces you would like to showcase.

All work displayed for sale must be of the artist’s original design and handcrafted/ executed by the artist. The sale of any work is solely between the artist and the client. It is recommended that artists can process credit cards, as clients might not have cash, checks, or money orders at the point of sale.

Fourth Fridays is an opportunity for young artists to start their showcasing career, so we are giving young artists the opportunity to partner with a business and have their vendor booth sponsored. Use the sponsor information form to participate. Sponsors can either set up a booth next to the sponsored artist or place marketing material in the artist's booth setup.
