New Oberpfalz Brewing + The Roaming Wedge Event

New Oberpfalz Brewing hosts The Roaming Wedge cheese truck at their brewery in downtown Griffith  on Saturday, June 25th.

At high noon, The Roaming Wedge will crack a 75lb wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese from the renowned Italian cheese producer Cravero – https://www.cravero-cheese.it/en/index.php.

A free sample of the fresh, living cheese will be offered and variable weight wedges will be for sale.  The kitchen at New Oberpfalz will incorporate the cheese into their food menu, offering special entrees and salads throughout the day. This will be an OUTSIDE EVENT, so bring an umbrella in the event of rain.
